As with any higher-end hotels in Manila, you are strictly checked before entering the hotel. This is due to a couple of incidents that have happened in some luxurious hotels in the past. As part of this hotel complex, the Manila Marriott hotel offers a rooftop pool, fitness, and spa facilities, and a number of restaurants and bars, as well as it is within walking distance of the shopping mall. The hotel complex of Marriott is so large and you can simply get lost in there.

During our stay, we stayed in the executive room overlooking the next golf course and Metro Manila from far. This room was so spacious and it felt like home literally. With the small kitchen area, large lounge, walk-in closet, and a marble bathroom with the shower and bath option it felt like we haven’t even used all the given space for the short time we have been here. The room was equipped and decorated in a very modern touch, with wood and light beige being the primary color palette.

As part of the executive room, guests have access to an executive lounge on the second floor of the hotel. This lounge is open from morning until midnight, and it is a place for guests to enjoy their breakfast, afternoon teas, or mid-day snacks. It is a quiet place for people to come for their meetings, access computers, play board games, and enjoy the less crowded space. In fact, during our stay here at Manila Marriott, I have been just coming to the executive lounge. You can get access to the lounge either by being a loyal Marriott member or by staying in one of their executive rooms.
